Filing a request for Moderatorship.

This forum is run, for the time being, only by the Admin. We r in need of moderators among the teachers and students alike, not only for the forums but also for the chatroom.

Anyone who is interested in becoming the mod of this site, plz do the following:

1. Update a latest pic of ur face to ur profile, a mod can't hide his or her identity.
   
2. Correct and re-check all the informations on ur profile, e.g. city, age, sex, e. mail and messenger IDs, they all must be original and correct.
   
3. File a request to become a mod of this site by replying to this topic providing full name, nick name used on this site, accurate age, sex, year of study, city of residence, hobies and interests etc.
   

Admin will then put a poll on the site for at least 2 days asking members to vote for that particular member about the mod status. If the votes are encouragable, that member can be given mod status.

After becoming a mod, that member will be on probation for 7 days. If he or she proves him/herself as competent and resposnible. He or she will be converted to full moderator and rights increased. Full mod has all the control of chat box as well.

Duties of a moderator

1. Moderator must visit and log into the site 2-3 times a day for at least 30 minutes during each visit.
   
2. He ir she must open and read carefully al the posts incuding the replies and do the necessary editing keeping in mind the policies and the rules of the site.
   
3. He or she also must log into the chat box and moderate the chatters.
   
4. He or she must not use his/her powers carelessly.
   
5. If he or she has done editing of the topic, he or she must give a good reason to the member so as not to anoy the member.
   
6. Although, he or she can ban a member on chat box and even on the site, this may be regarded as the last step. First notices can be issued to the member to improve his or her gestures on the site, if that member doesn't comply with mod's repeated requests, then mod can ban or even delete the member, if he or she deems fit.
   
7. All other resposnibilites upon mod is of astehtic and social nature which a responsible and reasonable person can understand.
   

This site is a fully functonal family and decent site, no untowards behaviour is tolerated over here. Within limits, this site can be used for a lot of purposes. Mods should keep this in mind.

Yep Sleeping habbits r bad for mod....anyhow file a new request..........and also we don need a lot of mods for now........we already have one and other is in process..........so u file a request and wait, when we need more mods, u will be given preference. Thanx

well sleeping is my hobbies what can i say about this.
